When there is a change, we submit a change order. We staff 100+ inventory items on hand in our 5,000 sqft maintenance facility centrally located off Fern Valley Road. We use professional 16ft Box trucks equipped with all supplies and tools.
It starts with your agent. A HomePage Agent has direct access to our back office staff and Maintenance Operations team. They submit a request for a bid. LREI will schedule a site visit, complete a quote, and submit it to your agent for review. Once approved work work will be scheduled and LREI will coordinate with your agent to provide feedback on timeliness and completion. Together, your agent and contractor will communicate throughout the process of getting your house to market and selling for top dollar.

Our staff walks each job site taking photos and measurements. During this phase we may have questions and work 1-on-1 with your agent to clarify the scope of work.
